Watch the sunrise over the lake from your living room and enjoy the sights and sounds of the many birds who call this place home. Fish, hike, bike, bird watch, hunt for arrowheads, take nature walks to explore the surrounding acreage or just kick back and relax.

The two bedroom cottage with queen size beds and a sleeper sofa will accommodate up to 6 people.  Full kitchen facilities and central air and heat will make your stay comfortable.  Also included for your enjoyment is a CD/DVD player and large satellite television.

Fishing

Fishing is a favorite pastime for everyone here at Lakeside Gardens.  Bring your fly rod or pole and fish for trophy bass, red ear, blue gill or even a catfish on the beautiful ooooo

Surrounding Area

In addition to the many opportunities to relax and have fun at Lakeside Gardens, there is much to see and do in the surrounding area.  Rocky Hill Bike Ranch, Buescher State Park, the historic railroad town of Smithville and Old Towne Bastrop (only 20 minutes away) are all places worth visiting. 

     Cottage Exterior

private 16 acre lake.  Feel free to bring your own boat with electric motor.  Or if you prefer, take a ride in our paddle boat and just enjoy the scenery.

Single $95 / day

Double $150 / day

Each additional person $25 / day

Price includes deluxe Continental breakfast

 

 

 

Reservations require a one night deposit in advance.  A full refund of  deposit with 7 days cancellation notice.  A minimum stay of 2 nights is required to book weekends.  No pets and no smoking please.
